Nepa Nest Pvt. Ltd. is a product-first IT company in Chandragiri, Kathmandu. We design, build, host and support cloud platforms — and we stay on the phone long after the invoice is paid.
It started with a hotel owner and a stack of registers.
In 2023 a small hotel in Kathmandu asked us a simple question: why does every system they had been sold cost in dollars, assume fast internet, and print invoices that their auditor would not accept?
We could not find a good answer — so we built the alternative. One property became five. Five became restaurants, retail counters, and offices asking for the same thing: software that understands how business is actually done here.
Today Nepa Nest runs a suite of SaaS products used daily across Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan — still built by the same engineers, still supported by people who pick up the phone.
